Q. How do I book my first Bootcamp class?

To book your first class you will first need to set up your user account. Click on the "Registration" tab above and fill out the New Member Profile section in it's entirety. Once your account has been created there are a few methods of booking your first class. You can either A) click on the Schedule tab in the menu of this website and book through there. B) You can click the Client Login link located at the top left corner of the website to directly login to your account and book your classes through Mindbody. C) If you are a fan of Me First Fitness on Facebook simply click the Schedule Tab and book directly through Facebook. D) Download our Mobile App (search Me First Fitness in your app store) and login and book easily on your phone. If you haven't purchased a package, membership or single class you will be directed to the online store where you can choose your desired package or class.


Q. Why is it asking me for payment?

In order to book any service offered at Me First Fitness you first must purchase the package, membership or series. You can purchase online through our online store or contact us directly via email or telephone to come in to the studio and pay in person. An appointment is required. We do not do drop ins.


Q. Where can I purchase my Monthly Membership?

The easist method is to click the Client Login link at the top of this page. You will automatically be redirected to our online store. The default setting in the store is the 4 Monthly Membership options. Other ways to book including visiting our Bootcamp website by clicking the "Fitness Bootcamps" link at the top of the page or by calling us at 905.619.1FIT to set up a consulatation.


Q. Do I have to commit to a year or put money down?

Simple answer, No. You can cancel your membership at any time if providing us with a minimum 30 days notice. We do not require you to pay any sort of initiation or sign up fees. You can switch between any of the different memberships at any time based on the frequency in which you attend your classes. Finally, you do not need to purchase a membership in order to sign up for personal training.


Q. How do I activate my Groupon?

The instructions on how to activate your 10 Class Pass can be found on your Groupon Voucher. This would have been emailed to you upon original purchase. Simply register your account by clicking on the Registration tab above and fill out the New Member Profile. Make sure to enter your 7 to 8 Digit Groupon Barcode Number in the specific field provided. Upon completion please allow 12-24 hours for the 10 classes to be added to your account.


Q. What should I bring to Class?

Always bring with you INDOOR running shoes, comfortable workout clothes, towel and water bottle. If you do not have indoor running shoes the trainers can and will ask you to leave the class. Groupon members are required to bring their Groupon Voucher with them on their first visit.


Q. How do I schedule a Consultation for Personal Training?

There are a few ways to do this. You can either call us on the phone 905.619.1FIT (please leave a voicemail if we don't answer) or you can click the Registration link above and fill out the "Consultation Request Form" located on the right side of the page.
