About Me:

A nationally and internationally certified Personal Trainer and graduate of the Australian Institute of Fitness, currently certified through Can-Fit-Pro and the American Council on Exercise. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, has spent the past 10 years working within various walks of the fitness industry. Formerly a manger at Fitness Source Canada, established Me First Fitness in the spring of 2007. With a strong sporting background, likes to incorporate and utilize many different training methods to achieve optimal results from clients, helping them reach all of their health and fitness goals while making each and every workout session enjoyable and unique.
