About Mark:

Mark is the owner of Me First Fitness, establishing the company in Spring of 2007. He attended college at the Australian Institute of Fitness, where he graduated with honors in 2008. Mark has a strong sporting background and has been working within the fitness industry since 2001 where he started off as a Manager at Fitness Source Canada. Over the years Mark has continued his ongoing education in the industry picking up several certifications along the way, including Fitness-Kickboxing, Kettlebell and MMA Strength and Conditioning Coaching. Mark's training is innovative, intense and incredibly intruiging offering up loads of variety and lots of fun. About Katie

Katie has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 2003. Katie has an Honours Degree in Kinesiology, as well as maintains many certifications within the Fitness and Health Industry. Being a competitive figure skater for 20 years Katie knows what it takes to train like a pro. Katie has trained athletes of all sports and levels, general and older populations. Katie has experience working special populations such as pre/post rehabilitative clients, pre/post natal women, special needs clients, clients with debilitating injuries, and clients suffering with painful diseases such as cancer, fibromyalgia, MS, and arthritis. Katie also trains police officers, fire fighters, and fitness models. Whatever your goals, Katie can help you realize your full potential and make all your fitness dreams come true!

About Jennifer

Jennifer has been involved in the fitness industry since 2005 when she graduated from the Fitness and Lifestyle management program. She has experience training people from all walks of life including athletes, older adults, children, as well as people who are recovering from injuries and pre and post natal and the general population. Jennifer has gained experience over the years working with clients and developing exercise programs for people with and without disabilities, preserving the independence of older adults, preventing disease due to trauma and neglect and developing programs for and training athletes and rehabilitating people after disease or injury. About Tiffany

Tiffany has actively been involved in fitness since 2000 when she began Cheerleading for the local football team and unknowingly began a career she would never be able to stop sharing her love for. With one year under her belt Tiffany took reigns of the Ajax Pickering Dolphin Cheeerleading team and continued to coach them for nine years. In 2004 Tiffany joined the Toronto Argonaut Cheerleading team and danced and for thousands of fans, and alongside many music artists such as Black Eyed Peas and Nelly Furtado. However, Tiffany enjoyed that one on one coaching and helping others see how rewarding fitness can be. With a diploma in Early Childhood Education Tiffany also worked as a Fitness Consultant encouraging people to share their uttermost fears and greatest desires in fitness. Teaching children by day, Tiffany found her passion for fitness was showing through the children in her classroom and began assisting in summer planning for physical fitness for young athletes and students in the Durham Region. Tiffany not only cares for the development of fitness at a young age but for its importance in remaining in your everyday life. In 2011 Tiffany began teaching Zumba in the GTA and has been sharing her belief that fitness is fun, rewarding and capable by all. Whatever your goal is Tiffany will help you find it, share it and most importantly believe in it.

About Amy

Amy has 13 + years of sport specific training.  She has taught gymnastics for over 13 years and cheerleading for 5 years. Amy is a graduate from Institute of Holistic Nutrition (2010) and completed Can-Fit-Pro Certification (2012). She is currently registered in the Pre/Post Natal Nutrition course at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and it is scheduled completion date is April 2013. In the near future Amy wants to expand her knowledge into Pre/Post Natal Fitness. Amy feels great satisfaction when helping people achieve their fitness goals. She hopes to specialize her career in the Pre/Post Natal sector one day soon.

About Sarah

Sarah is a Fitness and Health Promotion graduate who has a passion for all things fitness. Her love of fitness first started with competitive cheerleading, she has been involved in the sport for the past 13 years, spending 5 of those years as a coach and currently competing with Power Cheer Toronto. Sarah also has experience with many different populations including older adults; she previously worked as a Recreation Therapist in a long term care facility. Currently the Director of a Children's Fitness Center, Sarah takes pride in helping kids build confidence and encourages them to establish a healthy relationship with fitness from a very young age. Sarah looks forward to continuing to expand her involvement in the fitness industry!
