About Mark Robson:
Mark Robson is a certified Executive Master Trainer and graduated from the Australian Institute of Fitness, with honors in 2008. Mark has a strong sporting and mixed martial arts background and has been working within the fitness industry since 2001. Mark has continued his education as a Master Trainer in fitness obtaining dozens of additional certifications including Kettlebell, Fitness-Kickboxing, Indian Clubs & Steel Maces, Bosu, TRX, Resist-a-Ball, Lebert Products and much more. Mark's workouts are challenging yet fun, incorporating full body movements that are functional for the body and practical for real life. He also has an extensive background in Nutrition and Wellness. Mark is also a published Fitness Author and continues to write many magazine articles today.

About Jennifer Heise
Jennifer has been involved in the fitness industry since 2005 when she graduated from the Fitness and Lifestyle management program. She has experience training people from all walks of life including athletes, older adults, children, as well as people who are recovering from injuries and pre and post natal and the general population. Jennifer has gained experience over the years working with clients and developing exercise programs for people with and without disabilities, preserving the independence of older adults, preventing disease due to trauma and neglect and developing programs for and training athletes and rehabilitating people after disease or injury. In every stage of life your fitness goals may change and Jennifer can help guide you through each of those stages and develop a program that is centered to help you reach those goals and improve your life, fitness, longevity and overall potential.

About Jenn Boyle
Jenn completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Toronto. Her work career included various roles within the banking industry for 11 years and a role as Campaign Manager for United Way for 3 years. Jennifer has three kids (ages 12, 9 and 4) and after an extended work leave after her third child, decided she needed a new career direction. Jennifer got back into fitness in 2011 after joining a bootcamp lead by a Personal Trainer friend who then convinced her that she could teach classes for a living. Jenn considers completing her Fitness Instructor Specialist course her best career move ever. She looks forward to expanding her fitness industry skills and diversifying soon! Jenn particularly enjoys fast paced workouts and now wants to spread her love of fitness and health to others around her.

About Marilyn White
Marilyn is a retired Toronto Police Officer who has always loved all things fitness. Her retirement has allowed her to pursue her second career as a Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Instructor. Her years of shiftwork has given her an appreciation of how important it is to make time (not excuses) when it comes to making fitness part of your regular routine. Marilyn believes that everyone can achieve their own personal best and enjoys working with clients one on one, and in groups, to help them achieve their goals.

About Vicky Wilson
Vicky has been teaching Pilates since 2006, both group classes and one on one. In 2007 she completed her PTS certification with Can-Fit-Pro. In 2013 she became certified as a Tabata Bootcamp instructor. Her goals are to make her classes both enjoyable and educational. She loves to teach and she loves to learn!

About Tiffany Hudson
Tiffany has actively been involved in fitness since 2000 when she began Cheerleading for the local football team and unknowingly began a career she would never be able to stop sharing her love for. With one year under her belt Tiffany took reigns of the Ajax Pickering Dolphin Cheerleading team and continued to coach them for nine years. In 2004 Tiffany joined the Toronto Argonaut Cheerleading team and danced and for thousands of fans, and alongside many music artists such as Black Eyed Peas and Nelly Furtado. However, Tiffany enjoyed that one on one coaching and helping others see how rewarding fitness can be. With a diploma in Early Childhood Education Tiffany also worked as a Fitness Consultant encouraging people to share their uttermost fears and greatest desires in fitness. Teaching children by day, Tiffany found her passion for fitness was showing through the children in her classroom and began assisting in summer planning for physical fitness for young athletes and students in the Durham Region. Tiffany not only cares for the development of fitness at a young age but for its importance in remaining in your everyday life. In 2011 Tiffany began teaching Zumba in the GTA and has been sharing her belief that fitness is fun, rewarding and capable by all. Whatever your goal is Tiffany will help you find it, share it and most importantly believe in it.

About Ryan Lyn
Ryan Lyn is a certified Personal Trainer who recently graduated from the University of Dayton this past May with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Ryan has had a strong passion for sports his entire life, playing soccer since the age of 3 which ultimately culminated to receiving a soccer scholarship to the United States. While at school, Ryan was able to train some of the best athletes in the country working along side his strength and conditioning coach to train Division I athletes from the baseball, basketball, golf, volleyball, soccer and track and field teams. Ryan takes his passion for sport and incorporates high intensity, sport specific exercises into his training while maintaining a fun environment.

About Sarah Cunningham
Sarah is a Fitness and Health Promotion graduate who has a passion for all things fitness. Her love of fitness first started with competitive cheerleading, she has been involved in the sport for the past 13 years, spending 5 of those years as a coach and currently competing with Power Cheer Toronto. Sarah also has experience with many different populations including older adults; she previously worked as a Recreation Therapist in a long term care facility. Currently the Director of a Children's Fitness Center, Sarah takes pride in helping kids build confidence and encourages them to establish a healthy relationship with fitness from a very young age. Sarah looks forward to continuing to expand her involvement in the fitness industry!
