About Mark Robson:
Mark is the owner of Me First Fitness, establishing the company in Spring of 2007. He attended college at the Australian Institute of Fitness, where he graduated with honors in 2008. Mark has a strong sporting background and has been working within the fitness industry since 2001 where he started off as a Manager at Fitness Source Canada. Over the years Mark has continued his ongoing education in the industry picking up several certifications along the way, including Fitness-Kickboxing, Kettlebell and MMA Strength and Conditioning Coaching. Mark's training is innovative, intense and incredibly intruiging offering up loads of variety and lots of fun. Mark is also a published Fitness Author and continues to write many magazine articles today.

About Katie Holland
Katie has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 2003. Katie has an Honours Degree in Kinesiology, as well as maintains many certifications within the Fitness and Health Industry. Being a competitive figure skater for 20 years Katie knows what it takes to train like a pro. Katie has trained athletes of all sports and levels, general and older populations. Katie has experience working special populations such as pre/post rehabilitative clients, pre/post natal women, special needs clients, clients with debilitating injuries, and clients suffering with painful diseases such as cancer, fibromyalgia, MS, and arthritis. Katie also trains police officers, fire fighters, and fitness models. Whatever your goals, Katie can help you realize your full potential and make all your fitness dreams come true!

About Jennifer Heise
Jennifer has been involved in the fitness industry since 2005 when she graduated from the Fitness and Lifestyle management program. She has experience training people from all walks of life including athletes, older adults, children, as well as people who are recovering from injuries and pre and post natal and the general population. Jennifer has gained experience over the years working with clients and developing exercise programs for people with and without disabilities, preserving the independence of older adults, preventing disease due to trauma and neglect and developing programs for and training athletes and rehabilitating people after disease or injury. About Joe Kelly:
Joe has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He began his love for fitness while he was playing JR.A hockey at the age of 16 when he had his own personal trainer. His background with sports specific training is extensive. He has trained athletes at the provincial and national level. Some of whom have went on to play professional sports and representing canada. Joe was the head instructor of skills and development at Kids Love hockey for 5 years. He has also trained numerous sports teams. He loves to train people from all walks of life. Old, young, male or female. He also specializes in sports rehabilitation injury prevention. This past year joe began competing in Men's Physique Competitions with the OPA. Just another testament which shows his love and passion for fitness.

About Amy White
Amy has 13 + years of sport specific training. She has taught gymnastics for over 13 years and cheerleading for 5 years. Amy is a graduate from Institute of Holistic Nutrition (2010) and completed Can-Fit-Pro Certification (2012). She is currently registered in the Pre/Post Natal Nutrition course at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and it is scheduled completion date is April 2013. In the near future Amy wants to expand her knowledge into Pre/Post Natal Fitness. Amy feels great satisfaction when helping people achieve their fitness goals. She hopes to specialize her career in the Pre/Post Natal sector one day soon.

About Alexa Neveu
Alexa has loved fitness and helping people reach their goals since she was a child. She has been taking Zumba for nearly four years and teaching since April, 2013. Zumba is a perfect fit for Alexa because it combines her love for exercising and her love for dancing in a fun and unique way. She has taught Zumba to many people and has helped them lose weight and keep it off. Alexa also enjoys outdoor activities such as obstacle races, outdoor and extreme sports, and hiking with her dog. She is always open to talking to people about their wants and desires when it comes to anything fitness related. Alexa's classes are fun, energetic, and a great workout for anyone to try!

About Brandy Mcllmoyle
Brandy is an experienced senior yoga teacher, who also holds additional certification in Restorative, Pre-natal and children's yoga. Brandy is also a Reiki Master and draws on her education of the energetic body system to assist clients. As a young girl Brandy struggled with team sports and gym, as did not consider herself the "athletic type". After having two kids she knew she wanted and needed to incorporate some kind of physical activity into her life. "Yoga was a great introduction to me introducing physical activity back into my life". After a short period of time I started noticing muscles I never had before. I am now in a place where I can participate in several different forms of exercise and include yoga to balance it out". Brandy's future goals are to expand her new found love of fitness.

About Jenn Boyle
Jenn completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Toronto. Her work career included various roles within the banking industry for 11 years and a role as Campaign Manager for United Way for 3 years. Jennifer has three kids (ages 12, 9 and 4) and after an extended work leave after her third child, decided she needed a new career direction. Jennifer got back into fitness in 2011 after joining a bootcamp lead by a Personal Trainer friend who then convinced her that she could teach classes for a living. Jenn considers completing her Fitness Instructor Specialist course her best career move ever. She looks forward to expanding her fitness industry skills and diversifying soon! Jenn particularly enjoys fast paced workouts and now wants to spread her love of fitness and health to others around her.

About Sarah Cooley
Sarah is a Fitness and Health Promotion graduate who has a passion for all things fitness. Her love of fitness first started with competitive cheerleading, she has been involved in the sport for the past 13 years, spending 5 of those years as a coach and currently competing with Power Cheer Toronto. Sarah also has experience with many different populations including older adults; she previously worked as a Recreation Therapist in a long term care facility. Currently the Director of a Children's Fitness Center, Sarah takes pride in helping kids build confidence and encourages them to establish a healthy relationship with fitness from a very young age. Sarah looks forward to continuing to expand her involvement in the fitness industry!
