day, when you could be out in the sun, soaking up the rays? Well, get out of the gym and hit the park, the trails, the beach
or the forest. Outdoor boot camps involve an ongoing series of strength and conditioning exercises, no different than what
you would be doing in the gym, to be performed outdoors with the use of far more practical objects. With the emphasis on
a ton of body weight exercises we also capitalize on the availability of such objects as agility ladders, medicine balls and
every day recreational sporting goods. Bring your runners, towel and a water bottle and take to the hills with us for our
