Introduction to KickboxingTake boxing one step further by incorporating knees, elbows and kicks into your fitness workout. By utilizing the eight different attacking weapons of the muay thai warrior you work the entire body in a way no other workout is capable of doing. Similar to boxing we will utilize a series of 2, 3 and 5 minute rounds to perform the techniques with one minute rest intervals in-between.
